We have a 30-day policy to report issues, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us if there is a problem with your order.

Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products once they have been delivered, except in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.


⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@maribeautyshop.com.

In such cases:

✔️ If confirmed, a full refund will be issued (no need to return the product in most cases)


📦 Non-Returnable Items

All items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Opened or used items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If there is an issue with your item, please contact us, and we will assist you accordingly.


🇪🇺 European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under applicable laws. However, this does not apply to used or opened products or items not eligible for return.

Refunds are only issued if:
